te Pā

Pā Road Pinot Noir

Pā Road Pinot Noir

te Pā is 100% family owned and operated by the MacDonald family. The family live at Blenheim's Wairau Bar, a land mass between the Wairau River and the sea, sort of like an island cut from the mainland by the river and the flood canal.

Pā Road, a new range wines created by Marlborough’s te Pā Family Vineyards, has been launched to critical acclaim, with its 2014 Pinot Noir winning the O-I New Zealand Trophy for Champion Wine of the Show at the Marlborough Wine Show.

The wine also won the Classic Oak Products Trophy for Champion Pinot Noir 2014 at the Show, as well as a gold medal.

The Southern Valleys of Marlborough are now firmly established as the premium Pinot Noir sub region, without question. Revered for its rich clay soils, cool nights and extremely warm days, the Southern Valleys are naturally formed north facing pockets of Pinot Noir perfection.
