Consumer Insight

Our in-house Consumer Insight Specialist Simon Oastler leads our ground-breaking work in understanding consumer preferences and trends. We utilize data and services from Kantar WorldPanel, Wine Intelligence and Nielsen, as well as conducting our own qualitative and quantitative consumer research to ensure we remain at the forefront of our sector and continue to fulfil ever-changing consumer needs.

For any new product development the team will agree a clear brief with the customer, detailing production standards, cost pricing parameters and critical time paths. From concept to launch, the team will follow a comprehensive process, ensuring the achievement of accurate target marketing, pricing structure, consumer appeal and on-shelf stand out.

Our aim is to work with our customers in order to deliver a tailored and targeted solution - from label design, bottle choice and closures, through to marketing support material, forecasts and delivery to store.
