These terms and conditions cover wine sales from Broadland Wineries and Belgars™ websites. Belgars™ is a registered trademark of Broadland Wineries Ltd.
Privacy Policy
When you make a purchase from this website, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. By buying wine from us, you consent to Broadland Wineries maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you.

Data Protection
Broadland Wineries is fully committed to the Data Protection Act 1998, and is dedicated to the privacy of your information. We undertake not to provide your details to a third party except your address details may be provided to a carrier. Unless you have indicated to the contrary we will add your details to our marketing database and from time to time may send you details of offers. We undertake to exclude you should you not wish to receive these at any time in the future.
Non-Delivery & Cancellation
If you don't like any wine, for whatever reason...or if any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery we'll replace it - simple as that.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact and returned to us. We will refund the full price of the order including delivery within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Occasionally we do have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date.
Complaints are taken very seriously and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, database rights, trademarks (including the Broadland Wineries ® trademark) and any other intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, banners, images, buttons, underlying source code and software, is the sole property of Broadland Wineries, or the applicable licensor.
Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission, or display of the content of this website, without the express written permission of Broadland Wineries) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Age Restrictions
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.
