We are looking to recruit an additional Fork Lift Driver/Warehouse Operative to work in a busy
yard and warehouse environment, including picking orders by the pallet or manually building
pallets by the case.  Preparing orders for despatch.  Loading & unloading pallets onto lorries. 
Providing an end of line fork lift service to the production lines etc.
Key Skills/Competencies required:
  • Forklift truck training certificate(s) to RTITB/ ITSSAR is essential & previous experience of operating fork-lifts in a similar environment is also a requirement.
  • Counter-balance, Reach Truck and Pedestrian Electric Pallet Truck are the machines we operate and having experience of all three would be an advantage.
  • Good basic computer skills & understanding of stock control within a production & warehouse environment
  • Excellent team-working and communication skills
  • Flexible approach to tasks
  • Able to work a 10 week rotating shift pattern which currently includes 4 week of Earlies (6am – 2pm), 3 weeks of Lates (2pm – 10pm) 1 week of Nights (10pm – 6am) and 2 weeks of variable shifts to cover holidays etc.
  • Able to work overtime at short notice as & when required
