Some of the highlights from our portfolio that will be available to taste include:
El Tesoro de las Montañas - Argentina
El Tesoro de las Montañas means 'The Treasure of the Mountains' and this Malbec
is exactly that. From the region of Mendoza, Argentina comes this rich, intense, full-bodied and food friendly Malbec.
Honu – New Zealand (new launch - coming soon)
A superb example of quality Sauvignon Blanc
and Pinot Noir
and like the animal that inspired the Maori people, these wines showcase the patience, wine making excellence and pioneering spirit that have made New Zealand wines world class. They are distinctive and unique with a purity and intensity of flavour which is characteristic of their region, Marlborough and Wairarapa respectively. Affordable, reassuring and consistent.
WaraWara – Australian Chardonnay, Shiraz Cabernet & Rosé (recently launched)
WaraWara means ‘far away’ in the indigenous language of the Darug people who were a group of Australian Aborigines that were united by a common language and strong ties of kinship. This fruit driven and extremely food friendly range showcases the unique character of this far away land and is a reminder of why Australian wines are so popular.
Pais de Poetas – Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot & Rosé (recently launched)
Chile is not only known for its stunning landscape but also for its incredible poets – two of whom are also Nobel prize winners (Gabriela Mistral in 1945 and Pablo Neruda in 1971). We like to think they might have taken their inspiration from the amazing wines being produced there, so we’ve called these wines ‘Pais de Poetas’ or ‘land of the poets’ as a tribute.
Sip, Sip, Hooray!
